Thin blade design lends itself to effortlesly slice through soft and hard veg, while performing well with boneless meats. Lightweight, compound grounded for low flex, designed to be all rounder leaning towards precise slicing and dicing.
Not suitable to work on frozen products, bones or fruit pips or other form of abuse.
